what is sunhacks?

sunhacks is a yearly hackathon based out of Arizona State University and designed to support students in their innovative journeys. It is for students of all skill levels, and our job as organizers is to support you with the resources, mentorship, workshops, community connections, and peers you need to build something you are proud of.

when is the next sunhacks?

who can hack?

sunhacks is built for students of all skill levels. Full eligibility, registration, and attendance details will be shared when registration opens.

do I need a team?

Participating solo will be allowed, but we encourage you to come with teammates or find people to build with at the event. Full team size and project submission details will be announced closer to launch.

I don't know how to code / I don't think I'm good enough

You are absolutely welcome. sunhacks is an open community, and we build the event around helping new hackers ask questions, learn quickly, and find support.

can I sponsor, mentor, or partner?

Yes. Reach out to team@sunhacks.io and the organizing team will point you to the right next step.

can I request additional accommodations?

Absolutely. Accommodation request details will be included with registration, and you can always email team@sunhacks.io with questions.
